Group Reservation
5 or more of Group reservation, requires 10% deposit of total bill, 20% service fee will be apply.
Refund
If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, please call and schedule a redo appointment. You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within seven days for gel polish/dipping services and three days for all other services after your initial service date.
We will re-do any service if you are unsatisfied with the quality provided, given that you tell us immediately after the services have been performed.
As soon as you walk out the salon door, that means you have accepted and are happy with the services provided to you.
We will charge you for the cost of any repairs or replacements caused by damages outside of our salon.
The redo policy does not cover a change in service or color.
We do not offer refunds for any services or products.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest for improper conduct, tardiness, no-shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.
Salon Environment
Please set cell phones to low volume. FaceTime or speaker phone is not permitted to preserve guest experience and privacy.
Children
Unsupervised children are not permitted. If you bring a child, proper supervision by an additional caretaker is required.
If a child becomes disruptive, we reserve the right to ask you to leave to ensure a relaxing salon experience for all guests.
Personal Items
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Late Arrivals & Cancellations
Please provide 24-hour notice for cancellations.
Appointments more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
Products / Gift Cards
No returns or exchanges on products.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Payment Methods
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
